Dispatcher Job Description
We are currently seeking an individual with experience in Dispatching of Plumbing or Electrical Service & Repair Technicians.
This is a full-time position. A 40-hour workweek is typical. Weekend work is likely required.
A complete benefits package is offered (after 90 days) which includes Health, Life, Disability and Dental Insurance, 401k, paid holidays and sick pay.
Dispatcher Responsibilities
- Answering In-bound calls for Plumbing and Electrical repair calls.
- Develop professional telephone etiquette, pleasant voice.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients at all times
- Customer follow-up to determine satisfaction levels
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customers homes/businesses
- Clerical, filing and other office duties
Our call center is located in Phoenix off of I-10 @ 40th Street, just south of the Phoenix Airport.

**You must have a clear 3-year MVD record, and be able to pass a background check and drug testing.**
Dispatcher Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of customer service call center experience
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
- Willing to work weekends on a regular basis
- Bilingual a plus
