Great question!

  • Diagnostic Fee includes: Includes up to 30 minutes of tech time, visual assessment and diagnose issue, present options
  • Troubleshoot fee includes: Additional in-depth assessment of issue, exceeding 30 minutes of tech time. Covers the time and expertise to diagnose a complex issue. In most cases, troubleshoot will correct the problem or reveal a further needed repair.

Can I have an itemized bill?

Why do you only book with the homeowner or legal Power of Attorney?

We work directly with the homeowner, or legal Power of Attorney, for liability purposes.

Do you service commercial properties?

We do not service commercial properties.

Do you service Condos / Townhomes?

We do service independent single-level condos / townhomes, if they have their own sewer cleanouts, main water shut off and electrical panel.

We are no longer accepting new clients in multi-level condos / townhomes. Due to the encroaching nature of issue and repair that would involve multiple dwellings, the equipment needed and parties involved, we are no longer taking on new clients in multi-level condos / townhomes. We strive for same day service and repair. More times than not, we’re unable to achieve this due to the previously stated complications.

Do you provide prices over the phone?

We’ve found that estimates over the phone are not accurate because of the many things we do not know when you call us. We prefer to send a qualified technician to your home to evaluate the problem and give you an accurate upfront price.

What is your hourly rate?

We do not charge by the hour, we offer flat-rate upfront pricing after completing an on-site diagnosis of issue.

Why don’t you offer appointment time frames?

We schedule general day appointments. We understand your time is valuable. We will call before we send the technician to your home. This is to make sure you are available and if you’re not home, we give you a safe drive-time to get home. We provide our technicians the opportunity to take their time to do the job right the first time at your home. While he is at your home, he spends the necessary time diagnosing the issue, going over your options and completing the work.
