Customer Service Representative | Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an individual that does not shy away from a busy phone, building a rapport with customers all while getting details for our technicians so they can head out to the customer’s home and fix their plumbing, electrical or drain issue.

You will have the opportunity to work fulltime, four days a week, 10 hours a day. Giving you three days a week to rest and enjoy whatever it is you enjoy on your time off.

• Answering In-bound calls for Plumbing, Electrical and Drain repair calls.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients at all times.
• Customer follow-up to determine satisfaction levels.
• Placing Outbound calls to our members.
• Participating in mailing of invoices and other clerical duties.
