- Dye test your toilets Visually inspect all plumbing fixtures

Electrical Panel Tune Up
- Inspection of all breakers
- Inspection of all internal parts
- Re-tighten all connections
- Cleaning of the interior of the panel to remove dust and cobwebs
- Properly maintain treating all aluminum wiring in the panel
- No emergency or overtime charges

- Whole Home Electrical Inspection
- Check and test all smoke detectors
- Test all safety receptacles
- Check all standard receptacles for proper voltage
- Inspect electrical system for damage and safety issues

Plumbing Safety Inspection
- Drain and flush your tankless water heater.
- Tankless must have a water conditioner and a flush kit installed to qualify.
- We will flush tankless at no charge every other year. Not valid on Eternal tankless water heaters. Multiple tankless water heaters $400 per additional unit).
- Check the incoming water pressure to your home
